* Each adventure dive includes a corresponding knowledge review where you learn the principles and techniques relevant to the dive. Study materials may include eLearning option. The course typically takes 2 to 3 days to complete, depending on the dive center and your schedule.
Certification: You must be a certified Open Water Diver (or equivalent) from a recognized diving organization.
Age: Minimum age requirements vary; generally, 12-15 years for junior certification and 15-18 years for adult certification.
Health: Complete a medical questionnaire and obtain clearance from a doctor if necessary.
